Sale & Discounts & Promotions Policy

  1. Applicable Products – Discounts and promotions apply only to select products and may not be available on all items listed on the website.
  2. In-Store vs. Online Discounts – Discounts on our website may not be applicable to in-store purchases. Our sales team will provide details on in-store offers.
  3. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items – Products purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  4. Final Invoice Pricing – Discounts may vary for each product and will be reflected on the final invoice, regardless of prior promotional materials.
  5. No Price Adjustments – Items purchased during a sale or promotion will not be eligible for price adjustments if the price changes later.
  6. Promotion Codes
    • Promotion codes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other discounts.

  13. Order Processing – Orders will be processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received.
  14. End of Season Sale (EOSS) Restrictions – Discounts, vouchers, and promotions cannot be clubbed with EOSS unless explicitly stated.
  15. Right to Modify Offers – The brand reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion, discount, or the EOSS at its sole discretion.
  16. Legal Jurisdiction – This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  17. Cancellations & Exchanges
    • Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once placed.
    • Any cancellation, if approved, is at the sole discretion of our team, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  18. Payment Gateway Charges
    • Domestic transactions – 1.9% of the total amount.
    • International transactions – 2.9% of the total amount.

Incorrect Product Delivery – If an incorrect product is delivered, the customer may request a replacement/exchange for the correct item, with price adjustments if applicable.
